Michael J. Lafferty Sr., 61, of Altoona, passed away Thursday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Bernard and Elizabeth (Shields) Lafferty.
Surviving are a daughter, Ashlee Mulhollen of Claysburg; a son, Michael Jr. and wife Jamie of Altoona; six grandchildren; a brother, Lynn; and nephews: Dustin and Damien.
Mike graduated from Altoona High School and worked as a truck driver.
He enjoyed listening to music, spending time with family, and making people laugh. He will always be loved and never forgotten.
