Nancy (Clapper) Dell

Nancy L. Dell, 77, of Tyrone, passed away Sunday at her residence. She was born in Newry, daughter of the late Ralph and Melvia Clapper. She married Francis Dell, who preceded her in death in 2014, after sharing 32 years of marriage.

Surviving are two children: Dawn Tremmel of Altoona, and Amy Jo Smith and husband, Donal of Tyrone; many grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; siblings: Dorothy Garabrandt and Bill Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Tremmel Sr., and a sister, Grace Burke.

Nancy enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with her grandchildren.

There will be no public services at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc.
