Patricia Ann (Heiss) Noel, 60, of Williamsburg, passed away Monday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Ludwig and Barbara (Merritts) Heiss.

Surviving are two daughters: Percilla Lepore and Natasha Heiss; four grandchildren: Cody, Kianna, Caiden, and Carter; a great granddaughter, Lilith; and four siblings: Ronald, Joseph, Theresa, and Rebecca.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony.

Patricia enjoyed sewing, camping, and doing crafts with her sister.
