Patricia L. Weatherly, 49, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday after a brief battle with Huntington’s disease. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Gladys (Rhoades) and the late Frank Weatherly.
She is survived by her mother; five nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and five siblings. She was preceded in death by a beloved niece, Biranda in 2020.
Patricia was a proud graduate of West Virginia University.
She was an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and attended the Blair County African American Heritage Festival every year.
Patricia enjoyed Pepsi, the color lime green, dining out, and wearing her pink lipstick. She was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.
