Richard E. Black, 92, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Saturday at Maybrook Hills. He was born in Altoona, son of the late John E. and Leora M. (Miller) Black. He married Louise Weyant in 1971, she preceded him in death in 2007.
Surviving are a daughter Lisa R. Yohn and husband Scott of Carson Valley; grandchildren: Robert L. Yohn and wife Nicole, and Larissa R. Yohn.
Dick was preceded in death by a brother, Robert E. in 2010. He graduated from PSU in 1949 with two BS degrees. Dick served in the US Army and was proprietor of Black’s Car Wash in Hollidaysburg for 40 years. He was a member of Park Hills Country Club and enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.
