Richard "Rick" Cregger

July 28, 1962 - Sept 28, 2025

Richard "Rick" Cregger, 63, of Altoona, PA passed away Sunday surrounded by his family.

He was born in Hawaii to the late Douglas H. Cregger, Sr. (stepmom Louise Hartwell) and the late Martha I. Reed (stepfather Bill Reed) who recently passed in March.

Rick was an Army Veteran and proud he was able to serve his country.

He is survived by son, Ryan Cregger and wife Samantha of Hagerstown with their three children Landon, Luna and Lexie; two brothers Doug Cregger and wife Marie, and Andy Cregger; four sisters: Jackie Belote, Debbie Knott and husband Jeff, Kimberly Cregger, and Jenny Haley and husband Tony; and a very loving significant other Christina Clites who was by his side always; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Rick enjoyed sports. He loved Nascar and the Pittsburg Steelers.

A private memorial service will be planned at a later time.
