Rosemarie (Heiss) Campbell

Rosemarie (Heiss) Campbell, 80, Hollidaysburg, died Friday at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John W. and Agnes T. (Schmidt) Heiss. She married Ronald E. Campbell in 1959.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years; two daughters: Shirley Meadow in Delaware and Caroline M. Shank of Woodbury; three sons: Scott E. of Frankstown, Christopher A. in Arizona and Ronald in California; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Rosemarie was a tax consultant for Jackson Hewitt. She was a member of the Bavarian Aid Society and Raystown Recreation Club. She was also a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.

She enjoyed hunting, boating, camping and fishing.

Friends will be received from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2020, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a vigil service will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Father Allan E. Thomas, celebrant. Committal at Alto-Reste Park.
