Ruth L. (Harpster) Himes, 75, of East Freedom passed away Tuesday. She was born in Warriors Mark, daughter of the late Ellis Ray and Ethel Mae (Garber) Harpster. She married William Himes, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are three daughters; one son; thirteen grandchildren; four siblings: Betty Miller, Andy Harpster, Beverly Swan, and James Harpster; a special granddaughter, Kayla Rager; and many nieces and nephews.
