Sandra L. (Mongan) Ferry, 78, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Thursday at home, surrounded by family. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Paul Sr. and Naomi (Mongan) Alleman.
Surviving are two daughters: Tammy Ferry and Michele Luciano, both of Altoona; a son, Scott Ferry of Altoona; three grandchildren: Dylan, Billy, and Heather; three great-grandchildren; sisters: Kathy O’Neal and Barbara Frye; and nieces and nephews.
Sandy graduated from Altoona High School in 1966 and retired as a LPN after 40+ years.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Sandy enjoyed listening to Elvis and the Beetles, traveling, and reading.
As Sandy’s request, there will be no public services.
