Sarah E. Harter, 61, Altoona, passed away at her residence after a brief illness.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert C. and Eleanore (Glass) Harter. Surviving are two sisters: Shamim Rajpar and Deborah Wachter.

There will be no public services.
