Sofie Kennedy Obituary

May 29, 1948 – Feb 22, 2025

Sofie (Fumycz) Kennedy, of Alexandria, 76, passed away Saturday at Mt. Nittany Medical Center. She was born in Munich, Germany, daughter of the late Dimytro and Milioa Fumycz. She married Michael Kennedy in 1965.

Surviving are her husband of 59 and a half years; four daughters: Patricia, Melissa, Kathy, and Michel; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; five siblings.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sofie and five siblings.

Sofie was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband.
