Stephen L. Kustaborder

Stephen L. “Kusty” Kustaborder, 71, of Duncansville, passed away Saturday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Paul and Edna (Craggs) Kustaborder.

Surviving are his loving partner of 13 years, Carla Jenkins; grandchildren: Stella, Sage, Sadie, and Rex; cousins: Bill and Bonnie Philips; and special friends: Jay and Dawn Moss, the Hollows family, and Bob and Caroline Fedderman.

He was preceded in death by brothers: Paul, Bob, Tom, and Ron.

Kusty was a proud Vietnam Veteran that served honorably in the US Marine Corps and later retired from the VA Home. He was a member of the Juniata VFW Post 5754.

He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and was an avid Steelers fan. Kusty truly loved chasing turkeys and spending winters in Florida.
