Teresa J. Carmichael

Teresa J. Carmichael, 55, of East Freedom, passed away Wednesday, surrounded by her family. She was born in Virginia, daughter of the late David and Betty (States) Carmichael.

Surviving are her fiancé, Jeff Lefchick of East Freedom; two daughters: Ashley Shiffler of Hollidaysburg, and Autumn Wagner of Altoona; a son, Nolan Stahl and wife Avery of Erie; fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters: Tara Welt and Heather Keefer; and two brothers: David and Scott Carmichael.

 Teresa graduated from Hollidaysburg High School and worked as a server at the Chuckwagon restaurant for many years.

She enjoyed playing the piano, gardening, dancing, being outdoors, especially camping, and spending time with her family and her cat, Charlie.

Friends will be received from 1 to 4pm Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg where a memorial service will immediately follow at 4pm.
