Theresa A. (Fochler) Brunner

July 13, 1953 – July 3, 2025

Theresa A. (Fochler) Brunner, 71, of Altoona, passed way Thursday at UPMC Altoona.  She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Margaret (Dow) Fochler.  She married Jeffrey Brunner, who preceded her in death in June after sharing 50 years of marriage.

Surviving are two daughters: Beth of Altoona, and Cathy Johnson of Altoona; four grandchildren: Brandy (Brandon), Scott, Brittani, and Matthew; great-grandchildren: Kayson, Electra, Aubree, Hayden, and Weston; siblings: Mary “Libby” Goodell and Regis, Richard, and Daniel Fochler; and many loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by great-grandchildren: Kade and Amanda; and siblings: Josephine and Paul.

Theresa graduated from BGHS and retired from Pyramid Healthcare as a Supervisor in 2015.

She enjoyed bowling, cross stitch, and spending time with her family.
