Tracey L. Fagan, 54, of Altoona, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Shadyside. She was born in NC, daughter of the late Ronald and Carol (Kruise) Fagan.
Surviving are her family: Tim and Robin Montgomery of Altoona.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Scott in 1995.
Tracey graduated from Altoona High School in 1992 and attended Skills Adult Training Center for nearly 20 years.
She enjoyed going to Skills, watching television, and taking rides in the car.
