Travis W. Yon, 51, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of Susan (Kissell) Winston and the late Dale “Billy” Yon.

Surviving are two daughters: Miranda Klock and Carcy Ardrey; two grandsons: Kolby and Koda; his mother of Altoona; three sisters: Kathy Whitehead (Bruce), Billie Jo Persing (Kenny), and Lynda Yon; a brother, Jason; and many nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed playing guitar and watching the Steelers.

Travis will be missed by many people, especially his best friend, Moose.
