Walter “Bill” W. Clapper Jr., 72, of Mill Run, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of Dorothy (Aikens) and the late Walter W. Clapper Sr.

Surviving are two daughters: Bobbi Jo Kunsman (BJ) and Jessica Brawley (Paul); a son, Walter W. “Wally” III (Bobbie); six grandchildren: Taylor, Camryn, Bayle, Cody, Jessalyn, and Braydon; his mother, Dorothy; two sisters: Judy Ridenour and Susan Sprinkle; two brothers: Joe and Larry Clapper; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He loved going to Rocky Gap Casino, lottery tickets, watching Old Western movies, and playing jokes on his family.
