Wesley W. Hawkins, 64, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday afternoon. He was born in Huntingdon, son of the late George W. and Myra (Foster) Hawkins. He married Patti Brenneman on May 31, 1986.
Surviving are his wife of 37 years; a daughter, Alicia of Hollidaysburg; a sister, Gayla Hawkins in SC; a brother, Jason Hawkins and wife DeAnn in OR; and several nieces and nephews.
Wes graduated from Huntingdon High School in 1976 and York College in 1981 with a BS Criminal Justice.
He retired as a Corporal from the PA State Police in 2008 after 25 years service.
Wes was a member Mount Moriah Lodge No. 300 F&AM.
He was a member of Hollidaysburg FUMC and enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and spending time in the woods. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his daughter was his pride and joy.
Friends will be received from 12 -2pm on Thursday April 20, 2023 at Hollidaysburg FUMC, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 2pm.
