William D. Rossman, 86, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Paul M. and Louella (Curry) Rossman. He married Mary Ann Kochseder in 1953.
Surviving are his wife of 67 years; a daughter, Bonnie J. Loth and husband David; a son, Michael D., all of Hollidaysburg; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Inez Acker of West Loop.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Becky Fedesco in 2015; three sisters: Betty Hilton, Helen Ickes, and Mary Jane Ritchey; and two brothers: Paul and Harold.
William was an independent plumbing and heating specialist. He was a member of the Unter Uns Society, Allegheny Club, the Duncansville VFW Post 8724, American Legion Post 516; and was a 32 degree mason with the AASR Valley of Altoona.
William was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, gambling, playing cards, and spending time with his family.
A private funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg. Father Alan E. Thomas, Celebrant.
