William "Bill" H. Edwards

William H. Edwards, 87, of Altoona, passed away Wednesday. He was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Violet Edwards. He married Barbara Laird in 1985.

Surviving are his wife of 41 years; three daughters: Regina Lee (Will), Cheryl Edwards (Walt), and Sherry Edwards; four sons: William (Cheryl), Jason (Karen), Mike (Tammy), and Sean (Vanessa); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters: Rhonda “Red” Reed and Billi Jo Edwards.

Bill enjoyed playing the bass guitar and singing in bands.
