I never met Liesl in person, but we have been online friends for a long time. She was a beautiful soul. I loved seeing her silly posts about Penny and Kalina and her passion for whales and all animals. She was a bright spot in an often gloomy world. She will be missed so much by so many. My thoughts are with you as you try to heal.

Liesl was a very special girl. We never met but she was so dear to me for years online. She loved her pups and the whales, and she was always so sweet and light and kind. She could always cheer me up when I was down. She was so full of love. I will miss her so much.

We are so sorry for your loss.. In case you don't remember, we bought our house from you on Wordsworth Ave. and you and Liesl adopted one of our black kittens. Ironically we were talking about you the day before this was in the paper wondering how she was doing as we had just lost her sister. Please know that we are praying for you in your time of sorrow....
