Our hearts are with you all in this time of grief. Fran was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. We are sorry we cannot attend this very sobering event. I knew Fran when I went to Altoona to visit their home for services and some bowling events. She was always a sweet lady when I visited, who loved to serve. She will be missed and Mr. Phillips and the family are certainly in our thoughts.
